The Waterview Preservation (WPA) is an organization created by the residents of the Waterview Preservation area of Richardson, Texas, to promote communication and cohesiveness throughout the neighborhood. The Waterview Preservation Neighborhood Association brings together neighbors to preserve and enhance the quality of life in our community. We promote safety, an attractive appearance, a family atmosphere and community pride

    Grab your broom and pointy hat and walk! Bring individual wrapped candy to toss to walk watchers. Charitable donations will be announced closer to the event.

    Fun for the whole family. Bundle up to go house to house singing carols. If we have bad weather, this event will move to another day. Meet at the fire pit at 1003 Blue Ridge Place. We will return for refreshments after visiting a few WPA homes.
